After you complete your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with an order number. shipment tracking and the receipt
with order information Keep your order number in a safe place; it will be needed for all order references
There are shipping charges associated with orders. Shipping costs for orders placed on electricity-store.com are based on the
nuture , weight and location of the total order. An order containing multiple items typically receives a volume-shipping discount and
therefore your total shipping and handling cost may be lower than the sum of individual ship charges appearing in your cart. You will
be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during checkout.

Returns

EASY RETURNS

Please note that all tools merchandise returns are subject to, and must otherwise qualify for return and refund under, the terms of this Return Policy. For qualifying returns:You may return
most items within 14 days from the original purchase date as long as the item is unused, in like-new condition, and in the original packaging. In each case, you must provide all paperwork,
including product instructions or information and your packing slip/receipt, and any parts and accessories.
If you receive a damaged product, it must be reported to us by e-mail via your registered e-mail ID at ([email protected] ) within 48 hours of delivery. Images of the damaged
product along with the packaging pictures must be attached.
